One of the trends you might notice on this blog is the prevalence of motorized window treatments. I tend to do lots of motorized window coverings here in Reno and Lake Tahoe, but it’s not just me. This segment of the window coverings industry is growing exponentially. Most types of window coverings can be motorized. This would include blinds, shades, shutters and all types of draperies or roman shades. Pretty much, if you can imagine it, we can motorize it. As more and more people demand automated shadings and blinds, the industry keeps up and as a result, the product offerings are getting better and costs are getting lower. This is the time to consider using motorization options for your next window coverings.
