This video was shot about 5 years ago. It was made for a client who was not available for the installation, so we made this video as a walk through for him. While you watch it, you will see some things that give you a good representation of our company and how we do business.
For example, you will notice that the owner, Paul Kempler, actually is the installer. He, or shall I say me, is involved in all of our residential installations. Typically, this is done without any helper. Many people comment that they are surprised that Paul shows up alone to do the work. This has been the standard practice for Kempler Design for over 25 years.
You will also notice that the level of communication is good and very specific to the client’s needs. If you were standing there, instead of Thomas in the video, you would get this level of one on one instruction. I didn’t want to make the video too long, but there are other things that would be part of your follow up consultation.

You might think about one other small detail that might go unnoticed. It is very normal for us to do work in someone’s home without them being there. One of the reasons that people trust Kempler Design in this capacity is because they deal with the owner in person from the beginning to the very end of the process.
