Angle Top Windows

As you are aware, if you have angle top windows, they can be difficult to find a good solution to cover them. This is probably why in newer architecture I am seeing more rectangular windows above the room level ones. But, we are going to show you how you can maximize the view out of your angle top windows.

In this case, we used the Hunter Douglas Applause shades to cover these windows south of Reno. As you can see, they have an amazing view of Job’s peak, and they didn’t want to cover it with window coverings. With most types of window treatments on angle top windows, you have to lose a lot of the view to cover them.

If you have a property with a view like this, why would you choose to permanently cover it up? Angles can be done with many different types of products, like blinds, other shades or shutters. Again, in this case, we used an after-market company to fabricate the shades so that they completely are removed from the view area.

The price of these shades is not inexpensive, but if you ask me, the view is priceless. So, you will have to make a choice whether the view is more or less valuable than the functionality of the angle top window treatments.
