Reaction to Custom Window Coverings

We posted the attached video last week as a part of a more technical blog post. But this time I just wanted you to know that this is the reaction that makes my work worth doing. We love our work and we are happy to provide functional solutions to window covering problems. But when we make someone so excited with the final look and operation of their products, that is the thing that makes us happiest.

You would think that custom window coverings are just a thing, but they aren’t. When you work with Kempler Design, we are creating a very long term experience. Not only are we working as consultants to your actual needs, but we are also getting to know you. This matters as subtle nuances are what help us to determine which products to help you choose.

Also, we want to make sure that your products are going to be functional for many years and that the blinds, shades, shutters or drapery treatments are going to continue to make you happy for years to come.

So, as a recap: When we help you on the initial consultation, we are determining along with you how best to take care of your needs. In my head, as the designer of your custom window coverings, I can visualize exactly how these products are going to work out for you. I do my best to explain these details to you so you have a pretty solid idea of what I can see. But, when the installation is complete, I LOVE seeing reactions like this one. We both feel great about the end result.
