Automation is the new word for Motorization, but when you watch this video, you will see how there are many ways that it can be used using the Rollease Acmeda system.

Remote Control of Shades By Rollease Acmeda

Rollease Push 5 Remote Control

You can use the remote control to do what you wish. You can press the button for up or down and the shades will go to the very top or bottom. The STOP button can be used to stop the shade while moving, or you can use it to go to your favorite position. For example, by pressing the button for three seconds you can have the shade go to the perfect spot for you. When using banded shades, the preferred position is the one where the sheers are prevalent.

You can also set groups with the remote control. So, with one button press, you can control as many shades as you wish, but keep this in mind. You can get remote controls with 1 channel, 5 channels or 15 channels. So, having the proper layout is pretty critical. When you are working with a true professional, they will be able to guide you through the process.

Using The Rollease Acmeda Hub For Control

When you get the Pulse Hub by Rollease Acmeda, you have the option of using the app for control of your shades. You can control individual shades or do rooms by simply pressing a button. But, for most people, the use of Scenes is the thing that really makes automation work for them. For example, you can use the “Sleep” scene that you program yourself. When you press the button, the shades all go to the position that you pre-determined they be in when you go to bed.

You can do scenes for anything. We mentioned sleep, but we can program the Hub to move the shades for “Waking Up”, “Watch Movie”, “Sun Protection” or anything else where you need specific configurations for your window coverings.

Automation or Timed Operations

Once you have set a scene for your Rollease Acmeda Hub, you can then set a timer. This means that you can set the scene “Waking Up” to automatically open or close your shades at a specific time. Even better, you can adjust the automation to operate your shades based on things like the sun rising. In some circumstances, we set the shades to close a few minutes past sunset. It is very easy to adjust if you desire to change the timing for any reason.

The days of the week that the shades are set for automation can be adjusted too. Maybe you want to sleep in on certain days. If so, you just turn off the automation for those days.

Manual Control or Automated Shades

With automated or motorized Rollease Acmeda shades, you have the options of pressing buttons or having the shades operated on a timer. Even if they are automated, you can override the actions using the app or the remote control at any time. This is the new trend in window treatments and they are very easy to use and the clients we design and install them for are very happy.
