Horizon’s Window Fashions in Illinois makes the Cordless ONE cordless controls for their roman shades or natural woven shades. Every once in a while the controls get “locked out”. This is due to the user pulling down too hard on the pull ring. It over rotates the Cordless ONE control and requires a fix.

- Access the tube behind the shade.
- Grab the tube
- Rotate the tube. If it resists you, turn it the other way.
- Gently release your grip.
- Test the shade
Your Cordless ONE control may also need adjustment. You can see the little dial on the end of the tube. This has written directions on it. It shows an arrow pointing in either the increase or decrease direction. This dial can be adjusted to increase or decrease the tension on the spring mechanism or your Cordless One control.
