Do You Own A Tahoe Rental Property?

If you have a home in Tahoe that you rent out for short term use, you should consider reading this blog. We have lots of clients with homes in Tahoe that they rent out and one of the questions we receive is about what product they should get for these properties. There are a lot of details that we go over, but in this blog we will discuss PowerWand motorization. The video that is attached shows you how it works and why it could be good for you to have.

PowerWand for Tahoe Rental

So, as you saw, it is great for rental properties. It is very simple to use and you don’t have to worry about people mishandling the shades or blinds like they do so often in rentals. With the PowerWand, they can only use the wand and there are only 3 buttons to use. The only potential issue is if the battery loses its power while the tenant is there. Charging it is very easy, but I have a suggestion for my clients to avoid this issue. When we work together, I will explain it to you. I hope that this is a helpful blog and video for you if you have Tahoe rental properties and need great window coverings.
