The little things make a huge difference. Let me tell you the story behind this video. We installed these shades for a client in Lake Tahoe who rents their home out to short term clientele. In order to keep the renters from damaging the shades, we suggested making a video of how to use them. This way, the homeowner can send them a link to this video. After the renters watch it, they will have trouble-free use of the shades.

Since we have been in business since the early 90’s, and the owner, Paul Kempler is on every consultation and installation, we work out a lot of details that could otherwise be missed.
