Uneven Ceilings are a Challenge

Do you have an uneven ceiling? If you live in an older high rise condo, you probably do. This video and photos were taken in Arlington Towers Condos in Reno, NV. To begin, let me be clear about something. You can do a lot of different products for this situation, that is uneven ceilings, but most of our clients are looking for something as close to perfection as they can get.

Perfection by technical terminology is highly improbable, but as you will see in the video and photos, we can get it virtually perfect. I am very proud of this job. I work with a local artistic craftsman in creating the top treatments. I designed it, but they did the actual work in coordination with my installation of the products. Even though the location has uneven ceilings, we gave the custom exactly what they desired. We are both very happy with the results.

Notice the Gap

In the video I discuss the difference in height of the valance. Notice how the photo shows you an enormous difference. The gap on the left side is about 8”. At the middle of the room it is about 5”. If you look at the overall look of the room in general, you don’t really notice it, because of the way that we designed it to disappear. Our goal is to use an artistic mentality to come up with a solution that takes in the challenge of the openings and makes it look simple and as perfect as possible.

Do You Notice the Gap Here?
