The phrase that this customer used that means the most to me is, “You asked all the right questions” We do try very hard to find solutions that best meet the needs that they have. The reality is that most people have slightly different needs and it takes a professional to be able to weed through some of the distractions to find the most important issues. For example, the most common request that requires extra attention has to do with “blackout” window coverings. When doing blinds, shades or shutters that block almost all the light, it’s important to know how the product works. You will lose something when they are opened. Either insulation, privacy, glare control or some other minor thing. So, it’s important to know all of the issues BEFORE making a selection. So, ask yourself, will the box store employee, or the online representative be able to give you a proper consultation like a professional would? Will they spend the requisite 2-3 hours with you to make sure that everything selected is just right? Probably not. Surprisingly, all this extra service from a true professional doesn’t cost much more.
