Recently, I was on one of the local news stations (kolotv.com) talking about blind safety. Unfortunately, a certain number of children and pets are strangulated by window covering cords each year in the United States. We’d like to make sure that no loved one in Reno is affected by this. We would like to extend our offer of doing free safety checks for your home in Reno.

There is one thing that really surprised me when the news story came out. Many people commented, saying that they saw the story, but not even one concerned parent or pet owner called to schedule a safety check. What do you think? Is it not worth the effort? Do you assume that your window coverings are completely safe for your loved ones? I admit that I was baffled. I had originally been nervous that I’d be unable to keep up with all the demand, but I was completely wrong. I really hope that I can help a family in Reno to avert a tragedy in their household.
