The Kempler Design Process has been created to make certain you receive the function you require in a style you desire.  We spend the appropriate amount of time with each client to ensure that we know exactly what will suit your needs for function and style.  It is not uncommon to spend three hours or more with a client on a typical consultation in order to take all areas of concern into consideration. For example, we might discuss the role of the television in the room, your sleep habits or your specific energy efficiency needs. These factors all effect the type of product you choose.

It is important that Paul, as the designer, has a GREAT working relationship with each client.  He likes to feel that he is a friend to each of his customers and that by the end of the consultation he could make the selection of products for you, knowing your tastes well enough to do so.  He is very proud of the fact that since 1993 only one client has claimed to not LOVE what was selected.  This is because the selection process is dictated by your goals. Paul will work to help you to find the style that is right for your home, and he will guide you through the maze of products to determine with you what is best for your needs.
